Frequently asked questions

For Skysuite attendees

Food

  • Food options

All Concourse Concessions are available for you to order, as well as platters of Skysuite food, and our staff will deliver the items to your Skysuite. To guarantee that we will meet all of your food and beverage needs, please have your orders in 24 hours prior to your event.  Please note that some items require 24 hours notice while others may be ordered the day of the event. Food and drink service begins one hour prior to the event. Food service concludes two hours after the start of the game. Last call for drinks will occur during the 8th inning. To maintain consistency and efficiency, we kindly request that all orders be placed using the online order form, not via email or phone. If you do not wish to order group meals, individual orders can be placed using the QR code found in your Skysuite while you are here. Should you not have the opportunity to pre-order your food items, we politely ask for your patience, as pre-orders are given priority service. Please see Preorders to learn more.

  • Preorders

To ensure you get the food you’d like at the time that works best for you, we recommend submitting a preorder before the game. Preordering closes 4 hours prior to the gates opening for the game, but we strongly encourage submitting your order 24 hours before the game as some food items require 24-hours’ notice guaranteeing availability. Pre-payment is not required; payments for all food and drink items (including preorders) will be taken by your server at the game. To maintain consistency and efficiency, we kindly request that all orders be placed using the online order form, not via email or phone.

  • Preorder menu

The preorder menu includes items that accommodate larger groups and are recommended to be ordered before the game to ensure it’ll be available and delivered to your Skysuite at the time that works best for you. Individual menu items from the Concourse aren’t included on the preorder menu as they don’t typically require advance notice and can be ordered from your server during the game. If you wish to preorder individual menu items from the Concourse (especially if you plan to order a larger number of items), you can include those items in the Special Instructions section when you checkout on the preorder form.

  • All-You-Can-Eat Buffet

The all-you-can-eat buffet includes a variety of ballpark favourites (items listed on page 5 of the Skysuite menu). If you’d like your Skysuite to participate in the buffet (located in the alcove outside Skysuite 19), please submit the request through the preorder form (in the group meals section) a minimum of 4 hours before the gates open for the game. The buffet is available for 3 hours starting when the gates open and requires a minimum of 10 people per Skysuite to order. Your server will provide you with the number of wristbands for each participant when you arrive at the game. If the number of guests participating in the buffet changes from the number of guests when you submitted the preorder, please inform your server so they can adjust the number of wristbands provided.

  • Individual menu items from the Concourse

Skysuite guests can order anything from the Concourse and have it delivered directly to their Skysuite.

  • Submitting a preorder

You can submit your preorder using the online form available at goldeyes.com/preorder. Please do not submit preorders by email or phone. Do not sign in or create an account when using the preorder form. You’ll be asked to include the Skysuite number, delivery date, and delivery time.

    • Skysuite number: If you don’t know your Skysuite number, contact the person you booked the Skysuite from.
    • Delivery date: Be sure to adjust the delivery date to the day you’ll be attending the game as it automatically defaults to the current date.
    • Delivery time: the delivery time defaults to the time zone where the preorder is submitted. If you’re ordering from another province, be sure to account for the time zone. For example, if you’re ordering from Ontario and you want the food delivered to your Skysuite at 6pm Winnipeg time, select the 7pm delivery time.
    • Multiple delivery times: if you want your food delivery times staggered, please include this direction in the Special Instructions section when you checkout on the preorder form.
    • The delivery fee is the automatic 18% gratuity found on all Skysuite orders and will be included on your final bill to be paid at the game.
    • We do not require any payment ahead of time. If the form requests payment info, it’s because you are logged in; please logout and try again without logging in, and you will not be prompted for payment.
    • If you’re getting an error message when submitting an order, consider using a different browser. We recommend using Chrome.
  • Ordering at the game

For guests that are responsible for their own orders and payments, there are a couple of options.

    • Ordering through the server: servers can accommodate a number of tabs in each Skysuite (number of tabs is determined by the server but is typically 4-5 tabs). Payments can be made when guests are ready to close their tab.
    • Ordering at the concessions window on the Skysuite level: Guests can order food and drinks at the Skysuite Concessions window on the across from Skysuite 16.  Payments are required at time of ordering, and orders will be delivered to your Skysuite.
    • Ordering online: Each Skysuite includes a poster with a QR code where guests can order food and drinks online. Payment is made through the site, and the order will be delivered to your Skysuite.
    • Ordering on the Concourse: Skysuite guests are welcome to go down to the Concourse level and order food and drinks directly through each concession stand. Payments are required at the time of ordering.
  • Outside food and drinks

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the ballpark. If you would like to bring in a specialty item, such as a birthday cake, you must make prior arrangements with us.  Please note there is a $10 plating fee, which includes plates, cutlery, napkins, and knife for slicing. Fridge/freezer storage is available upon request. Important note: due to health regulations, cakes must be store-bought, not homemade.  If submitting a preorder, you can add the “Plating Fee” from the Desserts section of the preorder form.

Drinks

  • Hospitality cooler in the Skysuite

As a convenience to you, we provide worry-free beverage service using a par stock system. A credit card must be provided to your Skysuite server in order to utilize this service. Your Hospitality Cooler is prestocked with all of the canned and bottled beverages we carry at Blue Cross Park, including beer, coolers, pop, and water. It has a par stock level to begin the event. At the end of the event, another count is done, and you will be charged for the product that has been removed. Drinks will also be restocked throughout the event, as needed. Sorry, customization is not available.

Should you choose not to partake in this option, all products stocked in the Cooler are available at Skysuite Concessions or through mobile ordering with the QR code located in your Skysuite. As well, non-alcoholic drink tubs, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink tickets, and other custom drink services can be arranged (see below).

    • When you go to checkout on the preorder form, the option to open the fridge will be available to select from the Hospitality Cooler Open or Closed dropdown menu
  • Drink tickets

If you’re looking for an alternative option to provide your guests with drinks without opening the fridge, you can opt for a drink ticket system. Your server can provide you however many drink tickets you wish, and you can distribute them to your guests. Your guests can order drinks through your server using the drink tickets. You can discuss any limitations with your server ahead of time (no doubles, fishbowls, or specialty cocktails; pop only; etc). You’ll be charged based on the drinks ordered using the drink tickets.

    • When you go to checkout on the preorder form, this option will be available to select from the Hospitality Cooler Open or Closed dropdown menu
  • Pop tub

You have the option of having a pop tub placed in your Skysuite with a variety of our non-alcoholic drink options. You can set the maximum number of items included or the pop tub can be restocked throughout the game as needed. You’ll be charged based on consumption.

    • When you go to checkout on the preorder form, this option will be available to select from the Hospitality Cooler Open or Closed dropdown menu

Payments

  • Food and drink payments

Payments for all food and drink items (including preorders) will be taken by your server at the game. No pre-payments are required. We accept cash, debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Goldeyes Fish Fins, and Goldeyes Gift Cards. If you wish to run a tab, you may be required to provide a credit card to secure the tab. Please note, an 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage purchases, which is divided amongst all food and beverage staff in a tiered fashion, with the majority going to the Skysuite servers. Additional gratuities are not expected, but should you choose to do so, they are voluntary and at your discretion.

  • Payments when not in attendance

If you’d like to pay for the Skysuite orders but won’t be attending the game, contact the Food & Beverage Manager by phone at 204-956-3234 (secure voicemail) and provide your credit card information (including expiry date and CVV) and your preferred email address. The credit card will be charged at the end of the game, and an itemized receipt and payment receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.

  • Food credits

If you booked a Skysuite that includes a credit (credit amount depends on the Skysuite package you booked), your Skysuite server will deduct the credit amount from the final bill when you’re ready to pay the bill at the game. The credit can be used towards food and drinks ordered through your server (preorders and orders throughout the game). If you have special requests on how the credit is used, please let your server know before making the payment. For example, if you’d like food and drinks on separate bills, and would like the credit to be used towards the alcoholic beverages bill, your server can take care of that before final payments are made. Just inform your server ahead of time.

  • Gratuity

An automatic 18% gratuity is included on all Skysuite orders. The gratuity goes towards the servers, support staff, and order delivery. Any additional gratuities for your server are at your discretion but certainly not expected.

Miscellaneous

  • Cancellations

If you must cancel a Skysuite order, we ask that you please contact our Skysuite Office at fb@goldeyes.com with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event. Charges will not be incurred within this time frame. If for any reason a game is cancelled (cold, snow, rain, etc.) and the ballpark does NOT open, you will not be charged for your food and beverage order. If the gates to the ballpark open for ANY amount of time and the game is cancelled (time restrictions, rain, snow, etc.) you will be charged fully for your food and beverage purchase.

  • Booking and ticketing

For any questions about your Skysuite booking or ticketing, please contact the representative you booked the Skysuite through.

  • Announcements (Birthday, Anniversary, etc)

You can request a special announcement at the Fan Services Booth on the Concourse behind section K for a minimum $5 donation to the Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation, on a first-come-first-served basis, to a maximum of 10 per game. Requests must be made in person prior to the end of the second inning.
