    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:  


    Goldeyes Fan Services Representatives are responsible for developing strong relationships with fans by providing information about our team and Blue Cross Park. Additionally, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the game-day experience is top-notch by assisting fans with any issues that may arise.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Help our fans have a memorable and positive experience. 
    • Contribute to the success and positive community standing of the organization. 
    • Greet as many people as possible and always smile. 
    • Become familiar with the regular ticket holders and try to learn their names. 
    • Ask fans if they require assistance. 
    • Get medical aid to injured or sick fans promptly, if required. 
    • Observe the fans in your section to identify any problems. 
    • Participate in promotions including product tosses, Seventh Inning Stretch, and any other music that requires doing actions to increase crowd participation. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:


    As a Ticket Taker at Blue Cross Park, you will be the first point of contact for fans and are responsible for ensuring a smooth entry process while providing excellent customer service. Your role involves verifying tickets, guiding fans, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Ticket Taker plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for all event guests.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Check and validate tickets at the entrance, ensuring each ticket is legitimate and corresponds to the event.
    • Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide information about the event and venue as needed.
    • Address any ticket-related issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
    • Stay informed about the event layout, seating arrangements, and facilities to assist guests effectively.
    • Ensure guests follow venue rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:


      As the Administrative Assistant you will be the first point of contact for visitors entering the Goldeyes’ administration office, all of whom must be assisted promptly and with great customer service. In this role you will aid in a wide variety of tasks and provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in administrative functions within an office setting. 


      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

      • Open and close the administration office daily.
      • Answer telephones promptly and direct calls appropriately. 
      • Check general voicemail and answer or direct messages as necessary.
      • Greet and assist visitors who come to the reception area.
      • Check the general email inbox and forward or respond to emails.
      • Stamp and send outgoing mail daily.
      • Open and distribute incoming mail daily.
      • Send and receive parcels via local, national, and international couriers.
      • Assist with donations program including recording in database and telephoning individuals for pickup of completed donation packages.

      As a Ticket Sales Representative for the Winnipeg Goldeyes, you will play a key role in driving revenue and creating a memorable fan experience. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and promote various ticket packages, including group outings and single-game tickets, while providing exceptional customer service.

      • Surpass defined targets by closing sales for Group Ticket packages and Hospitality areas incluging: Birthday Parties, Team Windups, Picnic Park Rentals, Patio Rentals, and Skysuite Rentals.
      • Establish a “pipeline” of viable Groups for present and future seasons. Make 30+ daily calls (cold, warm and callbacks) using supplied contact lists for: Local Businesses, Individuals, Youth Sports Teams, Church Groups, and Social Groups.
      • Maintain solid reporting of call outcomes and list organization.
      • Build relationships with Group Leaders.       Goldeyes Official Scorers and Statisticians are responsible for the precise recording and validation of scoring and statistics scores during American Association games. This role is pivotal to maintaining the integrity of the game, as it ensures that every game action is accurately documented. The scorers’ and statisticians' diligence is instrumental in providing reliable records that determine outcomes, rankings, and, ultimately, the history of the sport.


      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Make and announce all game decisions involving judgment calls based on Rule 9 of the Official Baseball Rules, clarifying scoring rules interpretation to club and media personnel when necessary.
      • Collect rosters, lineups, and other applicable information.
      • Keep a detailed record of the game, focusing on every pitch and play.
      • Operate equipment quickly and efficiently including set up and shut down before and after each game.
      • Troubleshoot situations without delay and act accordingly to resolve technical or practical issues that may arise.

      • Selecting, assembling, and positioning of equipment (cameras, tripods, etc.).
