Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced the following roster moves today.

  • Right-handed pitcher Matt Jackson has been traded to the Laredo Lemurs in exchange for a player to be named later and cash considerations.
  • Catcher Jordan Guida has been traded to the Amarillo Thunderheads in exchange for future considerations.
  • Right-handed pitcher’s Ethan Hollingsworth, Chris Kissock and Taylor Sewitt, infielder Tyler Kuhn and outfielder Donnie Webb have retired from professional baseball and been released.

“We wish the best for all of these guys,” Forney said. “They were all a key part of our success last season. I am sure they will continue to be successful in the future.”
