Bark in the Park is a special dog-friendly baseball game where fans are invited to bring their dogs to Shaw Park and enjoy a Goldeyes game.
“Bark in the Park has definitely proven to be a Goldeyes’ fan-favourite,” said Dan Chase, Goldeyes’ Director of Sales and Marketing. “This year, our fans and their dogs will continue to support local dog rescue groups by purchasing tickets.”
Advance ticket packages for Bark in the Park are on sale now, and begin at just $14. Each package includes a seat for one person and one dog. The first 1,000 dogs through the gates receive a complimentary treat bag. Additional advance human tickets are available for $10, $15, and $18. During the event, dogs and their owners can enjoy a variety of dog-themed entertainment, giveaways, and pet-related fun with plenty of treats for furry fans.
Bark in the Park will showcase fun-filled promotions at the game, including a pre-game “Pooch Parade” on the field and a “Paw-Paw-Razzi Photo Wall,” presented by Central Bark. Other promotions include the “Pooch Smooch Cam” and the “Seventh-Inning Fetch.”
A special gate entrance will be reserved for fans and their four-legged friends. Designated “Puppy Potty” turf area and watering holes will be located near the registration tent and in the Goldeyes’ Picnic Park.
