DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up picnics, patios, and other special events, ensuring that everything is ready prior to guests arriving (may include moving tables/chairs, setting up chafing dishes, etc).
- Oversee all aspects of the events, ensuring that guests’ needs are being met, and that food/drink service is flawless.
- Ensure proper food handling and alcohol service from staff to guests.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of customer service.
- Adhere to safety standards for staff and guests.
- Ensure a quality appearance of the event areas at all times; ensure that all workstations remain clean.
- Maintain level of inventory for areas throughout shift: orders replacement stock as necessary.
- Analyze and resolve all guests’ problems; defer to managers when necessary.
- Clean up and close down all event areas, ensuring everything is clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the food & beverage industry and/or customer service a strong asset.

Concessions Supervisor (18+)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and assist staff within concession (cashiers, cooks, bartenders, runners).
- Ensure quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items.
- Ensure proper food handling and alcohol service from staff to guests.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of customer service.
- Adhere to safety standards for staff and guests.
- Operate and troubleshoot POS system and payment processing systems.
- Ensure a quality appearance of the concession stand at all times; ensure that all workstations and the back of concession and storerooms remain clean.
- Maintain level of inventory for stand throughout shift, order replacement stock as necessary.
- Oversee and participate in stand set-up and closing procedures; balance inventory to cash, and close out the point-of-sale system with appropriate reports.
- Investigate discrepancies in monies and inventories with managers.
- Analyze and resolve all guests’ problems; defer to managers when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous cash handling/cashier experience required.
- Previous experience as a concession attendant or other food service worker preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locate and deliver products to various locations in the ballpark as required.
- Receive, organize, and restock products in respective areas.
- Sort beer cans and other recycling.
- Assist in inventory counts.
- Ensure loading dock and warehouse is kept clean and organized.
- Clean floors and other areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly organized and paying attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and deliver products.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 18+ is an asset (to be able to transport alcohol).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
